- Reoccurring: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- Move in or out clean: standard or heavy duty
What We Offer
Our prices are based off the square footage of property, type of service and if one time or reoccurring. A more soiled home will require deep clean fee
Standard Clean
Standard cleaning services include:
Living spaces and bedrooms:
- Dust furniture, lampshades, blinds/sills
- Disinfect all surfaces
- Empty trash/replace liners
- Fluff pillows on couches/ Make bed(s)
- Tidy up
- Vacuum/mop
Kitchen:
- Wipe and disinfect all countertops
- Clean inside/out microwave(s)/sink(s)
- Wipe appliances and cabinet faces
- Put dishes in dishwasher (if empty)
- Empty trash/replace liner(s)
- Vacuum/mop
Bathroom:
- Wipe mirrors & cabinets
- Disinfect in/out of tubs, sinks, & showers
- Take out trash
- Vacuum/mop
Deep Clean
Deep cleaning services:
A deep clean includes all the services provided with a standard clean, and also includes:
- Wipe light stitches/outlets
- Dust blinds and wipe window sills
- High dust vents and ceiling fans
- Wipe all front facing cabinets/
- Disinfect all surfaces
- Vacuum under couch cushions and behind furniture
- Thorough cleaning throughout space
Most homes will require a deep clean with scheduling service on the first visit. After the first visit, standard rates will apply.
Extras
The following cleaning services can be added to a Standard or Deep Clean for an additional fee:
- Clean inside appliances:
- Refrigerator(s)
- Oven(s)
- One load of laundry (washed, dried and folded)
- Load dishwasher or hand-wash one load of dishes
- Sweep garage or patio
- Clean inside cabinets (bathroom/kitchen)
- Wipe walls
- Baseboards
- Interior windows/sliding glass door(s)
